We invite you to begin your rafting adventure with a family-friendly yoga flow! Prepare your body for an exciting and physical day on the water. Dive into the energy of the Kaweah by cultivating mindfulness and an awareness of your physical body and your surroundings. Join Meaghan, a lifelong Three Rivers adventurer and certified yoga instructor, for a fun and inclusive vinyasa style yoga class for every body.


$12 per person. Minimum group size 2. Group sizes of four or more, $10 per person. Yoga mats provided. Light snack is provided after the class.


All classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
